The agenda for each Parish Pastoral Council meeting will be published in the Parish bulletin prior to the meeting. Prior to calling each meeting to order there will be the opportunity for parishioners to address the Council.  Anyone wishing to do so should contact the Chairperson (Dennis Hearst - dennis.hearst@cushwake.com) at least 2 days prior to the meeting.  That parishioner will be given 5 minutes prior to the commencement of the executive session to address the Council. Individuals addressing the Council are encouraged to prepare a brief written presentation to be previewed by Council members before the meeting, or left with each Council member after the meeting for further consideration.
