The Gathering Youth Ministry (9-12 grades) (www.gatheringministry.com) serves our high school aged students in a joint effort of both All Hallows and Mary Star of the Sea Parishes.

The Gathering is a relationally based ministry founded in 1985.  The name comes from the Book of Acts 2:1 which states “On the day of Pentecost it found them gathered in one place”.  The vision of the entire Church “gathered” in one place filled with the Holy Spirit was the inspiration behind the founding of the ministry.

The Gathering runs weekend retreats, Utah Ski Camp, Summer Camps, Surf Trips, and Magic Mountain trips, as well as service projects designed to stimulate the charity and awareness in our teens.  We will even travel to Rome, Paris, Cologne, and more for World Youth Days. Always something going on!

Join us for either of the following meetings and remember that friends are welcomed to attend. You do not have to be a parishioner nor even Catholic.  Please see our website for further information for all our upcoming events.
