The Great Feast of All Souls
The Great Feast of All Souls is the time when we remember our beloved dead, those dear ones who have passed on to another part of the Communion of Saints.
We will remember our loved ones at the Saturday Vigil Mass at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 2
Please join us as we pray specifically with the families of those whose funeral Masses were celebrated at All Hallows, those who have lost family and friends in the last year, and all of our loved ones who have gone on ahead. If you are a parishioner who has lost a relative in this past year and would like them to be remembered particularly at these Masses, please call the parish office and let us know his or her name. We have placed the Book of the Dead in the back of the church for you to write in the names of those you wish to have remembered at the All Souls’ Mass, and for the entire month of November.
All Souls Day – Bring Photos of Your Deceased Loved Ones
As we approach the Feast of All Souls, we invite you to honor your departed loved ones on November 2nd. In remembrance of those who have gone before us, we welcome you to bring a framed photo of your loved one(s) to place at the altar. This gesture of love and prayer allows us to lift them up as a community, united in faith and hope.
Please bring your photos to the office by Thurs. Oct. 31.
