The Church offers us this week’s readings to encourage and invite us to go more deeply into the mystery of the risen Jesus. Into the mystery of his eucharistic presence and into the demands of discipleship. Jesus says disciples are called to something more. If they want nourishment that sustains life, they must do the works of God. Believe in Him whom the Father has sent.
