Mary Magdalene is beside herself with horror. What have they done with Jesus? Where is the body? What final last indignity has been inflicted on her friend?

When she sees who she thinks is a gardener, she begs him for the body and she will take it. And when the gardener calls her by name, she realizes it is Jesus. Overcome with joy and fear, she embraces Him. But Jesus’ reaction is surprisingly abrupt: “Stop holding onto me.” Then Jesus sends her to tell His disciples that He lives!
