Cindy was diagnosed with breast cancer. After surgery and six rounds of chemotherapy, her hair started to fall out in clumps, so she asked her husband, Willy, to shave her head and be done with it.

Using his clippers, he began the process. “Are you okay,” he would ask her every so often. Willy gently massaged her shoulders and squeezed her hands as Cindy looked in the mirror. She then got down on her knees and cleaned up the hair on the floor.
