Pentecost Sunday

Pentecost is a Greek word meaning 50, which means it has been 50 days since the Great Feast of the Resurrection on Easter Sunday. Let us pray.

God, who by the mystery of today’s great feast, sanctify Your whole church in every people and nation. Pour out, we pray, the gifts of the Holy Spirit across the face of the earth and with the divine grace that was at work when the Gospel was first proclaimed. Fill now once more the hearts of believers. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You in the unity of the Holy Spirit. One God, forever ever and ever. Amen

In addition to today’s beautiful reading from the Holy Gospel according to John, and a truly inspiring homily from Father Jerry, our video above for Pentecost Sunday includes three music performances by our talented choir, cantors and musicians. You are more than welcome to share this special celebration with your friends and family, by using the Facebook and Twitter buttons below. God bless you! And we look forward to seeing you again in-person very soon.
