The disciples prepared the Passover. Jesus said to them, “Amen, I say to you, one of you will betray me.” Deeply distressed at this. they begin to say to Him one after another, “Surely it is not I, Lord.” And Jesus replied, “Woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed. It would be better for that man if he had never been born.”

Father Jerry prays, “Lord Jesus, open our hearts and spirits to recognize ourselves in the betrayals and failures that led to your cross.
